COATING PROCESS
- Sand down first with 80, then with 180 grit
- Degrease and prime with epoxy primer, allow to dry
- Prime with 2K surface urethane primer
- Both primers sprayed with two wet coats
- Cure for minimum 8 hours
- Sand with 400 grit wet/dry to completely flatten surface
- Degrease and spray desired color of urethane base
- Apply 2-4 coats
- Allow to fully air dry
- Clear coat with two wet coats of clear urethane
- Allow to dry
